The City of Oneida is updating its Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Code. Building on the momentum of its Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI) grant, this effort provides the strategic planning, policy, and regulatory framework to further Oneida’s transformation citywide.

The Comprehensive Plan serves as a long-term guide for decisions about land use, housing, infrastructure, economic development, natural resources, public services, and more. Your participation will help ensure the plan reflects the interests of our community to support overall economic vitality and quality of life.

Public Meetings

Throughout the process, we will hold open houses and public engagement events where you can learn about the project, ask questions, and share your input directly with the planning team and PAC.
